Who you'd be dealing with
Softy is owned and run by Johan and Jonki, a husband-and-wife team. We build websites for established businesses, then look after them every month.
No junior staff, no outsourcing, no agency hand-offs: the people who build your website are the people who look after it.
Why we do this
We kept meeting established businesses with a website someone built years ago that nobody had looked at since. We run businesses too, so we know a website should be working for the business, not just sitting there. That's why we check how every site we build is doing, and rework any page that isn't leading to calls and enquiries.
Johan
Johan builds your website and looks after it. He has been building software for 20 years, and has started and run businesses of his own. He trained in computer security, and keeps every site he looks after secure and up to date.
Outside work, he's a scuba diver.
Jonki
Jonki designs your website and manages each project. She also looks after Softy's sales and networking, so she's often the first person you'll speak to.
She's writing books for teenagers and children, and is a keen hiker.
Where we work
We're based in Wales and work with businesses across the UK. We talk by phone, on video calls or in person.
