Before
Hanna makes metal-clay jewellery by hand in Wales and runs clay workshops, selling through Etsy, Instagram, and markets and events. She had no website of her own, which in her words "made me feel like I had no official brand presence." Customers had nowhere to check which market or event she'd be at next.
What we built
- Every piece with its own page and price, so customers can browse and enquire directly rather than only through Etsy.
- Workshop, market and event dates in one place, with a simple way to register interest.
- Custom orders, requested through the site.
- A look of her own, designed around her brand rather than a template.
It sits alongside Etsy and Instagram rather than replacing them, and we look after it for her.
Since it went live
In her words, "enquiries have increased since launch". She sends us "a lot of changes", and calls the process "fast and reliable", with a system that "takes a lot of the work away". In her words, "I've saved so much time", and having a website of her own "makes it feel so much more special."
