About this project

Sunnygems had no website before Softy — just Etsy, Instagram, and markets, which never quite gave the brand its own presence. Softy built a fully managed site alongside them: a full catalogue to browse and enquire about, workshop and event dates with a simple way to register interest, a custom-order enquiry flow, and a from-scratch script-and-serif visual identity. Customers can now find Hanna's workshops and market/event dates clearly in one place, rather than piecing them together across social media. Live since 1 August 2026, enquiries and custom-order requests now run straight through the site. Hanna sends over frequent update requests, and Softy turns them around promptly as part of the ongoing managed-website service. In her own words, enquiries have increased since launch and she's saved a significant amount of time.
